Art Vendor Booking Information
Emporium Weekend

We would like to invite you to participate as a vendor at our Emporiums this season!  
The next Emporium Weekend:
August 12 & 13
Saturday 11am-5pm / Sunday 11am-4pm

We are also offering classes, workshops, garden walking tours, family events
that take place during the Emporium times so we are expecting a lot of people. And Food Trucks!

We are looking for vendors that sell unique and original homemade products.

Step 3- Then you will fill out agreement and send payment. If it is your first time, it is FREE!

PLEASE NOTE:
By filling out this form does not guarantee a booking. As you may know, there are a tremendous number of artists in New York,
especially in the area close to Ithaca, Syracuse, Binghamton and Cortland. We only have so many spaces available at our garden center. Including links to your websites, and social media will be beneficial when choosing artists & vendors.

All booth spaces are approximately 10’ by 10’ and will be assigned and marked. If you are a previous vendor, you will have a choice of preferred space. Vendors are responsible for supplying tables, chairs and displays. Vendors using a tent must fit within designated space. All vendor items and displays must stay within designated booth space. Vendors will be responsible for keeping their display areas clean and
must clean their area before leaving on Sunday.
